We are expanding our services and are looking for a skilled Manager – Operations to join our team and help us scale our clinic operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient care.
• Manage and coordinate with clinic staff, including doctors, therapists, and support teams, to ensure compliance with operational protocols.
• Implement SOPs for various processes like patient intake, appointment management, billing, and inventory management.
• Maintain clinic facilities, equipment, and supply chain in an optimal state.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and address any operational issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop patient outreach and retention strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports to evaluate the operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards related to Ayurvedic practices, patient safety, and hygiene.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Ayurveda (BAMS) or equivalent Ayurvedic healthcare background preferred.
• MBA or equivalent degree in healthcare management, operations, or business administration.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing healthcare or wellness facilities, ideally in an Ayurvedic setup.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and other relevant tools.
